At Gwel an Mor we want you to be free to enjoy your holiday home and put you in control of how much you want to prioritise holiday letting. With guaranteed rental schemes you are often tied into an agreement which limits your personal use and caps the income that you can earn. At Gwel an Mor we don’t want to limit your enjoyment or earning potential and would rather leave that in your hands.
We charge a 25% +VAT commission and an additional £174+VAT cleaning charge and £84+VAT hot tub cleaning charge on each booking.
You will need to have insurance and it is also necessary to ensure that your holiday home has met mandatory safety tests, including regular hot tub checks and maintenance. We will assist you with meeting all of these requirements.
Gwel an Mor pays holiday let income twice a year.
There is no limit on how many weeks you make available for letting, although we can’t guarantee that all availability will be filled with bookings and we do advise you to prioritise peak season availability to make the most of high demand and tariffs.
Of course! At the start of the letting year, we will ask you to let us know what time you wish to reserve for your own use. Changes can be made throughout the year with a minimum 8-week notice period providing there are no existing bookings on the requested dates.
To create the very best holiday accommodation for our guests, we ask that all personal items be removed from your holiday property and we will ask you to purchase a Gwel an Mor inventory.
