We’re committed to ensuring all guests can enjoy our resort, facilities and surroundings. Our M3 Assisted Living Lodges meet the Visit Britain National Accessible Scheme (Mobility Level 3 Assisted) standard and include disabled parking, ramps, and accessible pathways throughout the site.

Tregea Assisted Lodges

Signature Assisted Lodges

Parking & Pathways

Dedicated disabled parking at Reception and each lodge. Level, non-slip pathways and well-lit decking provide easy access throughout. Staff can assist with luggage and lodge orientation.

Reception & Main Facilities

Reception, Terrace Restaurant, Wellbeing Spa, Swimming Pool and Gym are all fully accessible on one level. Staff are trained in access awareness and happy to assist.

Restaurant

Step-free access via ramp (1:15 gradient), automatic entrance door, level flooring and disabled W.C. inside.

Public Toilets

Located in the Reception/Clubhouse area with a dedicated disabled toilet.

Swimming Pool & Gym

Ground-floor access from the car park; pool hoist available. The gym has accessible equipment. Two disabled bays are provided nearby.

Grounds & Gardens

Gently sloping landscaped areas with accessible paths throughout, including the route to the farm.

Spa Treatments

Located on the ground floor near Reception and fully accessible.

Additional Support

All staff are trained under the Welcome All access scheme. We offer luggage assistance, vehicle unloading help, and support with using on-site equipment (hoists, pool chair, etc.).
All resort activities are designed to be accessible.
