Site fees are included with selected holiday homes at Seal Bay Resort. Holiday homes included in this offer will have this stated on the individual holiday home listings and are subject to size, availability and pitch location. If you qualify, the 2026 site fee balance will be listed on your purchase invoice. Site fees are billed annually, and you’ll receive the invoice for the upcoming year in September 2026, with the first payment due by the end of October 2026 for Seal Bay Resort. Please note, this offer cannot be combined with any other promotion and is available for new Cove UK customers only. Don’t miss out—this offer ends on 30th September, 2026.
Refer a Friend
This offer is exclusively available to current Seal Bay Owners and cannot be combined with any other promotion, including discounts on entry level models; the Delta Goodwood or ABI Summer Breeze. A £2,000 credit will be applied to the referring Owner’s account when a referred friend or family member completes the purchase of a holiday home before 31st October 2025. Please allow up to 28 days after the completion of the referred sale for the credit to be applied.Owners may not refer themselves or their spouse/partner. To qualify, the referred individual must provide the Owner’s details at the time of their initial enquiry, and before any quote is issued. A completed referral card or current Owner’s information must be presented upfront. This enhanced referral offer is valid until 31st October 2025. To qualify, deposits must be made within 14 days before or after your visit, with the purchase completed within 4 weeks.
