If you’ve never leased a holiday home before, you might feel like you don’t know where to start, but rest assured, it’s a very simple process and our dedicated and expert team will be right with you to take you through it all from start to finish.

Our 10-month, 1, 2 or 3 year leases start from as little as £850 per month and the only other expense you’ll need to consider is your electricity usage.

The cost of your lease includes the following:

• A chalet of your choice
• Electric safety testing
• Water
• Property Taxes (including Council Tax)
• Fully furnished (or not if you prefer!)

HOW IT WORKS

Our friendly sales team will take you through each stage of the journey and get you ready to enjoy your new holiday home lifestyle at Medmerry.

Step 1 – before you visit

Have a chat with our friendly team about our available chalets and arrange a free tour. There are lots of choices so we’ll send you some information about Medmerry Park and chalets for lease to help you find your perfect place. Your friendly guide will take you around the park and tell you a bit about what’s nearby too. Following the tour, you’re welcome to stay and explore further at your leisure.

Step 2 – chalet viewing

We’ll show you all the chalets that suit your needs and you can ask all the questions you need to. If you’ve never leased a chalet before our dedicated and expert team will be right with you to take you through it all from start to finish. When you’re ready to move into your new home-from-home we’ll be ready to welcome you.

Step 3 – enjoying your new chalet

Time to sit back, relax and enjoy your new home! If there’s anything we can help with, we’re on-site and always happy to help. We’d love to see you at our leaseholders’ events where you can meet others and enjoy the park together.
