What is a lease at Medmerry?

Whether you want to experience holiday home ownership without the upfront costs or you’re looking for a stopgap during home renovations or remote working our unique seaside chalet leases are available for 10-month license over your choice of a one, two or three year period from just £8,500 a year – that’s just £850 a month! There is an initial site licence fee from £3,995 but this can be spread over the term of the lease.
