We’re looking forward to welcoming you on holiday. To make sure you have the best start to your break please familiarise yourself with our check-in process to make it smoother and quicker so that you can start your holiday from the moment you arrive.

Guests will receive pre-arrival emails containing all the information they will need for their stay at Lock Awe. Please take time to look at what the arrival process is and the extra safe and secure measures we are taking to ensure you have a great time.

Check-in is from 4pm for our holiday guests.

What if I don’t receive the pre-arrival emails?

Check in is from 4pm, upon arrival please make your way to reception and the team will provide you with your key, and welcome information. Please make sure you have your booking confirmation to hand.

If you are arriving after reception closes, please call our Security Team on 07494 856 482 who will be delighted to help.

If you are arriving later than 9.30pm, please advise us in advance by calling 01369 858523.

As long as we have your email address and mobile number, we will still be able to email and text you details of your visit.
