Buying pre-owned

When purchasing a pre-owned residential park home from us, rest assured that we go the extra mile. Each home undergoes a thorough deep cleaning, and if needed, we replace carpets, re-fit electrics, boilers, and other important interiors that make a home a home.

Some of our properties even undergo complete renovation before being made available for purchase. Additionally, we provide the option for your home to be re-clad, along with revamped gardens and driveways. Entry pre-owned park homes start from £65,000.
