What is Aeroball? Our best description is that it is a competitive mix between Volleyball and Basketball on trampolines. During this session you will be doing a lot of bouncing and challenging each other to see who can get the highest score before the time runs out. Before you ask, adults can indeed do this trampoline activity.
Ready to make the best paper plane? In this session, we provide you with the materials to create the most aerodynamic paper plane possible and at the end a little competition to see which one flies the furthest.
Get ready to EnGarde! Throw down the gauntlet and challenge your family and friends to a duel to decide the champion. We will kit you up in the latest and greatest fencing equipment and show you the basic moves like Parry Riposte and Lunge before you battle.

A huge inflatable ball covers your head, body and arms, leaving your legs free to run around, so you can fall and roll all over the place, cushioned by the ball. Your trained Go Active Instructor will guide you through lots of games to keep the fun flowing.
Thrillseekers pay attention, it’s time for an epic battle! Grab your bows and arrows (don’t worry there are no sharp ends) and join us for one hour of adrenaline-fuelled combat archery where you will play games such as ‘Team Death Match’ and ‘Capture the Flag’.
Have you ever wanted to feel like Robin Hood and take from the rich to give to the poor, well now you can. During your time down at the range the instructor will show you how to load and fire your crossbow and help you adjust your aim as the session goes on. So keep your cool and get ready to fight the enemies!
