Arrival and Check-in Information

We’re looking forward to welcoming you on holiday. To make sure you have the best start to your break please familiarise yourself with our check-in process to make it smoother and quicker so that you can start your holiday from the moment you arrive.

Guests will receive pre-arrival emails containing all the information they will need for their stay at Drimsynie. Please take time to look at what the arrival process is the extra safe and secure measures we are taking to ensure you have a great time.

Please do not check-in early

You are more than welcome to arrive at the park prior to your check-in time but you will NOT BE ABLE to enter your HOLIDAY HOME prior to your check-in time as shown on your confirmation.

What if I don’t receive the pre-arrival emails?

Don’t worry, check-in is simple. Upon arrival please make your way to reception and the team will provide you with your key, and welcome information. Please make sure you have your booking confirmation to hand. Check-in is from 4pm for self-catering accommodation guests, and 2pm for Hotel guests.

If you arrive after Reception has closed, please make your way to The View Restaurant, where the Team will be able to help you.

As long as we have your email address and mobile number, we will still be able to email and text you details of your visit.
