As long as Drimsynie Holiday Village rules are adhered to, and it is properly maintained, your holiday home can stay on-site for as long as you like.

Our great value new and pre-owned starter homes are available from as little as £34,995 (subject to availability),and we have an extensive luxury range upwards of £199,995 with finance options available.

We have a range of low-cost finance options available, starting with 10% deposits as low as £3,499.50. Please ask for further details.

Insurance is variable and is dependent on make model, year and size. We can put you in contact with our recommended provider who offer many packages, including insuring your holiday home for letting.

Unlike many parks, when you buy a holiday home at Drimsynie, delivery, siting and connection on the plot of your choice is included in the price.

Like owning your own home, there are running costs, which include: local authority rates and water approximately £294, gas and electricity which is subject to usage. There are also site fees, varying across the park, which include the use of the holiday park facilities and services, starting from as little as £5,862.

An annual gas safety check/electrical check is also essential.

Once you have decided on the area of the park that’s right for you, we can look at the applicable annual costs. Remember, with Drimsynie Holiday Village there are no hidden additional charges and on some starter holiday homes there are even pitches on offer with no site fees for the first season.

Drimsynie is in such a tucked-away location that driving really is the best way to get here. It also means you can easily explore further afield during your stay.

Yes! The more the merrier, as long as you can accommodate them. If not, don’t worry – we can help with that. When purchasing a holiday home from Drimsynie you are entitled to 10 Owner loyalty discount cards, giving free entry into the holiday park’s facilities each season. Card holders also benefit from Owner discounts.

Yes! Dogs are welcome within part of our restaurant and we have some of the most beautiful walks in Argyll right on our doorstep. We ask all visitors to keep their dogs on leads at all times within the grounds and to ensure they clean up after them.

We are open 12 months of the year with weekends only for one month in November and February. The main facilities operate to a 7 month season and during the remaining 3 month period while the facilities are restricted (November to March) we always ensure that there is somewhere to grab a cup of coffee and a cosy nook for a relaxing chat with friends. Not to mention exclusive Owner’s events at weekends. Owners are very welcome to visit their holiday home at any time during the closed season, but you will be unable to stay overnight.
