We’re looking forward to welcoming you on holiday. To make sure you have the best start to your break please familiarise yourself with our check-in process to make it smoother and quicker so that you can start your holiday from the moment you arrive.

Guests will receive pre-arrival emails containing all the information they will need for their stay at Stratheck. Please take time to look at what the arrival process is, and the extra safe and secure measures we are taking to ensure you have a great time.

Check-in time is 4pm for our holiday guests.

What if I don’t have email?

If you think you may arrive after 8pm and need help with locating your Holiday Home please call our Security Team on 0345 459 9772 who will be delighted to help.

As long as we have your email address and mobile number, we will still be able to email and text you details of your visit.
