Please note the annual running costs of your holiday home are not included.
Provided Solway rules are adhered to, and it is properly maintained, your static holiday home can stay on-site for as long as you like.
Our great value new and pre-owned starter homes are available from as little as £14,995 and we have an extensive luxury range upwards of £159,995 with finance options available.
We have a range of low-cost finance options available, starting with 10% deposits as low as £1499.50. Please ask for further details.
Insurance is variable and is dependent on make model, year and size. We can put you in contact with our recommended provider who offer many packages, including insuring your holiday home for letting.
Unlike many parks, when you buy a holiday home at Solway, delivery, siting and connection on the plot of your choice are included in the price.
As with owning your own home, there are running costs, which include: local authority rates and water approximately £558.26, gas and electricity which is subject to usage. There are also site fees, which include the use of the holiday park facilities and services, varying across the various areas of the park starting from as little as £3,663.26.
Once you have decided on the area of the park that’s right for you, we can look at the applicable annual costs. Remember, with Solway Holiday Park there are no hidden additional charges and on some starter holiday homes there are even pitches on offer with no site fees for the first season.

Yes! We have a range of suitable holiday homes with easy access throughout and we’re happy to discuss all the options available with you.
While most owners find driving the easiest option, depending on where you live you may prefer to take public transport. Our closest train station is Carlisle; from here you can get a bus to Silloth.
Yes! The more the merrier, as long as you can accommodate them. If not, don’t worry – we can help with that. When purchasing a holiday home from Solway you are entitled to 10 Owner loyalty discount cards, giving free entry into the holiday parks’ facilities each season. Card holders also benefit from the Owner discounts.
Yes! We have some of the most beautiful walks in Cumbria right on our doorstep. We ask our visitors to keep their dogs on leads at all times.
We operate on a 11-month licence and are open from early February to early January. Owners are very welcome to visit their holiday home at any time during the closed season, but you will be unable to stay overnight.
