Before you visit

Have a chat with our friendly team about our available Holiday Homes and arrange a free tour. There’s lots of choice so we’ll send you some information about Loch Lomond and holiday homes for sale to help you find your perfect place. Your friendly guide will take you through the different areas and facilities, and tell you a bit about what’s nearby too. Following the tour you are welcome to stay and explore further at your leisure.

Holiday Home viewing

We’ll show you all the models that suit your needs and you can ask all the questions you need to. If you’ve never bought a holiday home before, you might feel like you don’t know where to start, but rest assured, it’s a very simple process and our dedicated and expert team will be right with you to take you through it all from start to finish. When you’re ready to move into your new home-from-home we’ll be ready to welcome you.

It goes without saying that the main outgoing is the cost of the holiday home itself. From cosy and compact pre-loved caravans to the very latest in luxury lodges, we have homes to suit all budgets and space considerations. Keep an eye on our special offers for a bargain – signing up for our emails is a great way to stay informed.

Usually a minimum 10% deposit is required, though from time to time we have special offers which can reduce this.

MAKING IT EASIER TO PURCHASE 

Finance

Once you’ve paid your agreed deposit, you can pay for the remainder on finance over a period of up to 10 years, depending on the age of the holiday home.

If you wish to finance your holiday home through Santander we can arrange a no obligation quote. With just a few details, we can give you an answer within a few hours. This would be just 10% deposit, and a fixed rate APR of 9.6% on brand new holiday homes.

You can afford your dream holiday home by spreading the cost over a period of anything from 12 months to 120 months, the decision is yours.

Site fees

Site fees vary from park to park – the sales team will be able to supply all the information you need on your preferred park/s. Site fees cover park security, maintenance, landscaping, refuse collection, lighting and grass cutting as well as annual reinvestment back into the park to ensure they remain the beautiful and award-winning parks that they are today. It also gives you access to use the great facilities across all of our parks – for example the swimming pools at Drimsynie Estate and Hunters Quay.

INSURANCE & UTILITIES

Other running costs

As well as the annual site fees you will need to take into consideration other costs in respect of your holiday home. Local authority rates which vary from park to park and range from £350 to £500 per annum. Utilities, i.e. gas and electricity are metered and billed on a regular basis. Also just like your own home or car you need to insure your holiday home, we can put you in touch with our preferred insurance provider or, alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own insurance*.
