Deciding to move – supporting you every step of the way

We understand moving home is a big decision and we’re here to support you on that journey. You’ve chosen your location, researched park operators and chosen your park so what’s next? If you’d like to visit a Cove UK Residential Park we’ll welcome you along, show you around and answer any questions you have to ensure you make the decision that’s right for you.

Pre Tour

We’ll confirm your appointment date and time, and give you directions and details of who’ll be welcoming you on park. You might want to set a whole day aside for your tour and please feel free to bring family or friends along too.

Initial park visit/tour

We’ll show you round the park itself and you can view some show homes. We can take you on a drive around the local area and point out doctors, dentists, supermarkets, etc., and you can meet some existing residents for a chat over a coffee.

Further park tours

Once you’ve had time to reflect on your initial tour you’re welcome to come back for another look around and to have any further questions you have answered

Choose a home

Only after as many visits as you need is it time to choose your new home, which can be selected from our carefully curated stock or designed choosing bespoke elements to suit your tastes. We’ll also explain the T&C’s such as pitch fees and running costs.

Decide to buy

When you’ve decided to buy you’re welcome to come back for a further visit, to ask any outstanding questions and plan your move.
