Cove UK Owner Loyalty Discount Cards – Terms and Conditions

As the registered Owner(s) of a holiday home on a Cove UK Park, your Owner Loyalty Discount Cards are subject to these terms and conditions.

1. The Owner Loyalty Discount Card allows you to receive the following Owner discounts at your park (if applicable) and all other Cove UK Park:

  • 15% discount on food and drink
  • 30% discount on sports and leisure activities

2. An Owner Loyalty Discount Card is allocated to a named individual and must not be used by anyone else. The Owner Loyalty Discount Card must be presented at point of purchase to benefit from the Owner discounts, and they may be required to provide proof of their identity and ownership.

3. The Owner Loyalty Discount Card also entitles you to discounts on holiday bookings on our parks for you and your friends and family. The discounts are currently 25% for holiday bookings on your park and other Cove UK parks. To book a break using your discount please speak to the Owner Services team at your park.

4. You are responsible for keeping your Owner Loyalty Discount Card safe. If your card is lost or stolen, you will be charged for a replacement card. You can request a new Owner Loyalty Discount Card by contacting the Owner Services team at your park.

5. If you need to change an Owner Loyalty Discount Card, including who it has been allocated to, you will be charged. We may place restrictions or limitations on the number of changes that can be made to Owner Loyalty Discount Cards.

6. The Owner Loyalty Discount Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or vouchers.

7. The usual rules and policies relating to the park, including in relation to the facilities and paid activities, still always apply.

8. All Owner Loyalty Discount Cards remain the property of Cove UK and must be returned to us (or destroyed) upon request.

9. Any breach of these terms may result in the immediate suspension or withdrawal of your Owner Loyalty Discount Card(s) and associated benefits. The team have the right to decline use, if any breach is suspected and any fraudulent or criminal activity will be reported to the police and could constitute a serious breach of the licence agreement.

10. We may change these terms or withdraw some or all the benefits of the Owner Loyalty Discount Card at any time. Where we do so, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice of such changes or withdrawal.

11. There is no cash alternative to the benefits made available by the Owner Loyalty Discount Card.

12. If your pitch licence agreement is terminated for any reason, you will lose the benefits of the Owner Loyalty Discount Card.

13. All personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and any applicable law. Where you provide us with information (including personal data) in relation to Owner Loyalty Discount Cards, including an individual’s name, email address and date of birth, you confirm that you have the consent of the relevant individual to do so.

14. These terms are governed by English law and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

15. Any use of ‘we’ or ‘us’ is a reference to the Cove Communities Property Management Limited (company number 01538949) whose registered office is 1 Bartholomew Lane, London, United Kingdom, EC2N 2AX.
