Competition Terms and Conditions

Seal Bay Resort Facebook & Instagram Competition

  1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Cove UK Ltd, Douglas Bunn House, Warners Lane, Selsey, Chichester, West Sussex, PO20 9EL (“Cove UK”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram (Meta).
  2. Eligibility:
    • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
    • Employees of Cove UK, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
    • Internet access and a Facebook and/or Instagram account are required.
  3. Competition Period:
    • The competition opens at 6:00pm on Monday 19th January, 2026
    • The competition closes at 12:00pm on Monday, 16th February 2026.
    • Entries received after this time will not be counted.
  4. How to Enter: To enter via Facebook or Instagram, participants must complete all of the following steps on the relevant platform during the competition period:
    • Follow @sealbayresort (Instagram) or like the Seal Bay Resort Facebook page
    • Like the competition post
    • Tag friends or family in the comments (each tag counts as one entry)

      No purchase is necessary. Multiple entries are permitted.
  5. Prize:
    • One winner will receive a 3-night break at Seal Bay Resort, part of Cove UK.
    • The prize includes accommodation only.
    • The prize does not include travel, food, drinks, on-park activities, or any additional extras.
    • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
    • The stay is subject to availability and cannot be redeemed during school holidays or UK bank holidays.
    • Accommodation will be allocated by Cove UK. Any upgrade requests are subject to availability, and additional charges will apply.
    • Accommodation will be a Gold caravan or equivalent grade, at Cove UK’s discretion.
  6. Winner Selection & Notification:
    • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries across Facebook and Instagram.
    • The winner will be contacted via Direct Message on the platform they entered by Tuesday, 17th February 2026.
    • Once selected, the winner must book their stay and redeem the prize by 31st December 2026.
  7. Publicity: By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name and social media handle for promotional purposes related to the competition, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  8. General:
    • Cove UK reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent.
    • Cove UK reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time where reasonably necessary.
    • Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  9. Limitation of Liability: Cove UK shall not be responsible for:
    • Entries not received due to technical issues
    • Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law
  10. Privacy: Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Cove UK’s Privacy Policy, available on the Cove UK website.
  11. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
