The stylish Shaker kitchen makes clever use of the space incorporating a large integrated fridge freezer and microwave, as well as extra touches like soft close cabinets and under-cabinet plinth lighting.

New holiday homes come with a manufacturer warranty.

Additional Running Costs

At Springwood the homeowners pay a monthly pitch fee for the right to keep the home on the particular plot, and also covers maintenance of the communal areas, roads and such factors as electricity for streetlights.

Other costs to consider are:

Gas & Electric, Water, Telephone line, broadband and satellite TV.

A minimum deposit is required, these start from 10% depending on the value of the holiday home, a package is then chosen to meet your lending requirements. All finance packages can be processed on our parks.
