Site fees are included with selected holiday homes at Seal Bay Resort. Holiday homes included in this offer will have this stated on the individual holiday home listings and are subject to size, availability and pitch location. If you qualify, the 2026 site fee balance will be listed on your purchase invoice. Site fees are billed annually, and you’ll receive the invoice for the upcoming year (2027) in September 2026, with the first payment due by the end of October 2026 for Seal Bay Resort.
