How do I book and arrive?
- Click the ‘Book your day visit now’ link. Complete all the details and make full payment – it’s really quick and easy.
- Either print out your ‘confirmation of booking’ email or make sure you have it on your phone to present at The Oasis on arrival.
- Your ‘confirmation of booking’ email will have the gate code. You need this code to access the park security barriers.
- Access to The Oasis inside the Waterfront Quays should be via the Windmill entrance to the park.
- Please park in the new car parking area in front of Waterfront Quays (not facing the sea) as the entrance to the Waterfront building has changed.
- There are lots of changing rooms, showers and hair dryers available. Lockers are available for a £1 deposit.
Don’t forget
Please make sure you have either printed your ‘confirmation of booking’ email, or have access to it via your phone. The team at The Oasis need to confirm the date and number of swimmers on the booking. You will also need the gate code to access the park. You will be unable to access the park or enjoy swimming without this information.
