There are many benefits to Aquacise! Water supports the body, putting less stress on your joints and muscles and helps to build strength, as well as helping to prevent overheating meaning you can exercise for longer. Water pressure also helps put less strain on the heart by moving blood around the body. The impact of gravity is less in the water allowing a greater range of motion. What’s not to love!

Our qualified instructors will guide you through how to load, aim and shoot for the target, before competing in a range of games and tournaments.
Ready to make the best paper plane? In this session we provide you with the materials to create the most aero-dynamic paper plane possible and at the end a little competition to see which one flies the furthest.
How good do you think you are at throwing axes?  With the targets in front of you, you’ll be guided in the skilful art of throwing your axe and getting it stuck in the target.  It’s not a easy as you might think, but your instructors will teach you what you need to know.  Unleash your inner Viking!
Do you like a good treasure hunt? How much do you know about what you can find on our beaches? Our Beach Bingo sessions are a fun and interactive way to learn about the Marine environment, Sussex has some amazing marine life from the very tiny to more well known sharks and rays.
Taking place on West Beach in front of Waterside Quays, you will be given a Bingo sheet containing clues. Pick your line and then off you go to see if you can get to Bingo. Sessions are led by a Marine Ecology Instructor who can tell you about what you find and help with any tricky clues. Bring the family and friends to make a Bingo team. ‘Mulberry Marine experiences’ team will be on hand to provide extra clues as needed and sometimes show you where to look!!

These sessions are the best way to make swimming fun and enjoyable as a family and with friends. Our Go Aqua Run is available at the Oasis Swimming Pool Complex within the Waterfront Quays on selected dates throughout the year.
PLEASE NOTE: All swimmers must arrive swim ready. Sessions suitable for 5-15 year olds only. All children under 8 must be accompanied within the water by an adult aged 16+ at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children.
Kelp beds are an important nursery and home for young fish, crabs, and lobsters and can even help reduce storm damage! Mulberry Marine Experiences are working to support the Sussex Kelp Restoration Project, and this is your chance to get involved.
Would it surprise you to learn Selsey is home to wonderful marine life that includes seals, sharks, rays and seahorses to name some of the highlights. Does it make you want to explore the water during your stay? Snorkelling is a fabulous way to meet the local sea life but do you know your flippers from your fins, how to adjust your mask and clear your snorkel?
The 30 minute pool sessions will cover introducing you to the equipment, entering the water safely, getting the most from your equipment and safely working with a buddy! Fins, mask and snorkels are provided for the session, but you are very welcome to bring your own, if you have a wet suit or rash vest wear it.
All snorkel sessions are led by an SSI Snorkelling Professional for your safety and fun. All participants must complete paperwork before they can take part. Suitable for all individuals aged 8+, children must be water confident and able to swim a short distance with no aids.
Join us to learn how to become a Junior Beach Warrior, helping the Marine Environment on your holiday and beyond. You will be introduced to the concept of Citizen Science and shown how you can play a role in helping the oceans.
What does that mean? Anya, an SSI Marine Ecology Instructor from Mulberry Marine Experiences will guide you through the work taking place on kelp, shark and rays, micro cleans, dolphin spotting and mini species surveys.
Interactive fun we will conduct a mini plastic survey, hunt for egg cases, look for kelp evidence and what to do when you find/spot marine mammals. Once we have collected and surveyed, Anya and her team will tell you about the amazing creatures you are helping.

Pottery Studio. Pick it, Paint it, Treasure it! Come to our studio and select a piece of pottery to paint and create your own masterpiece to treasure.

Sand Art is one of our NEW unique and creative activities! A fun and interactive session that’s great for all ages to join in. Simply choose from our extensive range of images, including a selection of Official Disney items, and create your own masterpiece with a sprinkle of our colourful variations of sand!

In partnership with Football4Kids, children can learn new skills and meet fellow keen footballers all whilst being trained by UEFA qualified coaches! With the chance to take part in a Football Tournament at the end of the day!
Rascals: Fun-filled football skills session for kids aged 4-6 years including lots of footballing games for all abilities finishing with a match, stickers and prizes.
Juniors: Fun football skills session helping kids of all abilities aged 7-12 years work on their footballing techniques and skills finishing with a match.
Tournament: Fun-filled action packed fully supervised football tournaments including lots of matches, semi-finals… finishing with a final with medals and Nike footballs to be won.
At Seal Bay we have two soft play areas for the little ones to explore, full of ball pools, slides and other fabulous play activities. Free for under 2’s.
Come and join our wonderful activities team as we play a variety of sports themed mini-games.
Enrol in our Superhero Academy and be tested for super speed, super strength, as well as the beginnings of learning to fly in the super jump tests. If they pass their superhero challenges, they’ll be able to create a new superhero identity and make an ID card to take home.
