1.    Eligibility: This offer is available for new customers relocating holiday homes to our park that are a maximum of 12 years old and meet our in-keeping with the park assessment.
2.    Relocation Costs: Transportation costs covered up to the value of £1000 excl. VAT. We will cover transport from the entrance of your current park, but not disconnection and transportation costs from within your current park to the entrance of your park. Terms and conditions of the transportation provider will apply, and Cove UK is not responsible for any damage or losses caused during transportation.Â
3.    Inclusions: The offer includes the transportation of the holiday home from nearby parks (MK transport). Customers travelling from further afield may incur an additional charge.
4.    Availability: This offer is available only on a limited and selected number of pitches.
5.    Decking and Extras: Any decking requirements or additional sale extras will be chargeable to the customer.
6.    Claim Process: Our team will curate your relocation package; if this exceeds £1,000, the difference will be invoiced to you. If you have arranged your own relocation and want to claim the reimbursement you must provide proof of cost. Details of the process will be provided upon acceptance of the offer.
7.    Limitations: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
8.    Duration: This offer is valid until from 05/11/2025 to 30/04/2026.
9.    Changes and Cancellations: We reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.
10.  Site fees:  While the relocation costs are covered up to £1000, you will be required to pay 2026 site fees, these will be quoted pro-rata. Site fees are billed annually, and you’ll receive the invoice for the 2027 site fees in September 2026, with the first payment due by the end of October 2026 for Seal Bay Resort.
