Joining is free and easy

We have made joining Premier Letting free and easy. We will do all the work.

  • There are no costs to join Premier Letting
  • We will get your holiday home pay as you go WiFi ready
  • We will install a new digital contactless key entry system with 2 fobs (worth £300) onto your holiday home to make life easier and safer for you and your guests**
  • For your guest’s safety, we will require an inspection of your gas and electric. We can provide this service and only charge £184 inc. VAT

Relax, we’ve got it all covered

Working as your agent means that we’ll promote and advertise your holiday home, as well as communicate with your paying guests on your behalf. You’ll never have to worry about collecting payment. Your guests will enjoy a welcoming arrival and fresh linen, and upon departure your holiday home will be made spotlessly clean. We’ll also replace and clean inventory items throughout the season.

Signing up is simple..

  • Complete and sign the lettings form in our brochure or online
  • If you wish to return this form by post, please send to: Seal Bay Resort Lettings Team, Seal Bay Resort, Douglas Bunn House, Warners Lane, Selsey, West Sussex PO20 9EL
  • We’ll aim to grade your holiday home within two weeks and advise you of any work which needs completing
  • Your holiday home will go live on our reservations system for holiday guests
  • We’ll complete a final check 7 days before your first guests arrive
  • Continue to enjoy your holiday home on the dates you’ve booked
  • Get ready to receive and enjoy your income at the end of the lettings season

What is Premier Letting?

This is the fully managed letting service Seal Bay Resort provides for our Owners

Yes, with the exception of Gas & Electric checks

Owners that sign up by 7th March 2021 will receive:

  • Free contactless door entry lock system
  • Free WiFi set up in their holiday home
  • £100 added to their Owner’s reward card

On average Owners earned £5,800 in the 2019 letting season which can be credited to their Owner’s account, or used to pay towards their site fee at the end of the letting season

Premier Letting offers:

  • Great free benefits
  • Personal Premier Letting support including get togethers and Letting parties
  • No hassle over co-ordinating bookings: Seal Bay Resort’s professionals will ensure this is all taken care of
  • No hassle over cleaning and making sure all-in order for next arrivals: Seal Bay’s professionals will ensure this is all taken care of
  • Ability to use Seal Bay Resort’s extensive promotional and marketing capabilities
  • Guests that book direct with Seal Bay Resort will have priority access to the App to enjoy a Contactless check in, booking activities, swimming sessions etc before any Private letting holidaymakers
  • All Owners will have priority access to the booking and entertainment app that enables them to pre-book activities

Owners must give at least 10 full weeks or 20 short breaks for Seal Bay Resort to sell to holiday makers of which, 5 weeks or 10 short breaks must be during peak holiday periods

Easter: Fri 2nd April to Mon 19th April

May Day: Fri 30th April to Mon 3rd May

May Half Term: Fri 28th May to Mon 7th June

Main School Holidays: Fri 23rd July to Fri 3rd September

October Half Term: Fri 22nd Oct to Mon 1st November

Christmas: Fri 18th Dec to Sun 2nd January 2022

Owners must give Seal Bay Resort at least 6 weeks notice to take back any weeks already committed.  Therefore, if a week is given to us for 9th August then the latest date the Owner can take that week back is 28th June

The Letting Manager will keep in touch with Owners and be able to inform them of bookings taken and discussion can take place. The 6-week rule must be adhered to for Peak holidays

The Owner will then be charged £600 to their Account as the work has already been done in respect of WiFi, Contactless Key Locks and £100 credit on their Reward Card as well as administration supporting the holiday home undertaken for being suitable to let

The Owner will not have to pay for the WiFi element as above. Only the Locks and Credit elements

This is a legal requirement across all Owners who wish to let with us, either on Premier Letting or Private Letting. This is at a great value for money price of £184 inc VAT which has been held for 2021

There is a dedicated Lettings team is in place to support the Owners

This will be done within 6 weeks of their holiday home being accepted onto the Premier Letting scheme

Once the you have completed the forms online or by paper, we will endeavour to begin selling your holiday home within 2 weeks.  However, this is dependent on the completion of Gas and Electric checks, WiFi set up and Contactless Key Entry Lock set up

Owners will be issued with 2 fobs for their personal use. If they require additional fobs for personal use this will be charged at £5 per fob

Private Letting

Wishing to Private Let For health and safety reasons for you and your guests, and to ensure our teams are aware, we will need to know that you wish to privately let. You must complete the online form at notifying us of your intention to privately let, and we can update your account. If you wish to move across to Premier Letting please do let us know and we can let you know about all the great benefits.

Health and Safety

A comprehensive safety check must be carried out before any lets occur.
This comprises

  • Leisure Industry Landlords gas and electric checks
  • Portable appliance test for all electrical appliances
  • Safety checks

This can be carried out by the Seal Bay Resort team should you wish for £184 inc. VAT. (includes 5 items PAT tested). These checks are a requirement for letting. If you choose to carry out this yourself and use your own Technicians, we are required to hold copies of their valid registration and a copy of the test certificate. These must be supplied at least 14 days prior to your first let to the Lettings Team. These must be valid for the entire 2021.
