Arrival and Check-In to Seal Bay Resort

To ensure you have the best start to your holiday, we’ve streamlined our arrival and check-in process to make it quicker and easier. Please take a moment to review the details below, which include general information for all guests, followed by specific instructions for Self-Catering and Touring guests.

Important Information

Check-in times:

Self-Catering Guests: 4pm onwards (Platinum guests from 3pm).
Touring Guests: 12pm onwards.

Please do not check in early.

Pre-Arrival:

Please check your holiday confirmation for all booking details.

Ensure we have your current email and mobile number to receive important updates, including your vehicle registration number.

App Download:

Download the My Cove Holiday app from the App Store, or Google Play Store before your trip. This will provide you with all the necessary information about your holiday and let you book activities in advance. Holiday arrival details will be available 24 hours before arrival.

Prohibited Vehicles:

Please note that commercial vehicles and vans are not allowed on the park.

Arrival Day:

Bring your booking confirmation with your reference number. You will receive a text message on the day of arrival with your accommodation or pitch details.

Self-Catering Guests

Arrival Time: Please do not check in early. Although you may arrive at the park before your check-in time, you will not be able to access your holiday home until 4pm (3pm for Platinum guests). You won’t need to book swimming or entertainment so feel free to just turn up!

Pre-Arrival Emails: Look out for pre-arrival emails and text messages with all the check-in information you need. Ensure you’ve downloaded the My Cove Holiday app for a smooth check-in process.

If You Arrive After 8pm: Contact our Security Team on 01243 605443 for assistance in locating your holiday home.

Touring Guests

Arrival Time: Arrival is from 12pm, and we recommend arriving between 12pm and 2pm. Check-in closes at 5pm, except Fridays (April to October) and during School Holidays in July & August, when it remains open until 7pm (excluding Sundays).

Check-In Process: Enter the park through the main Warner Farm Touring entrance. You will be greeted and issued a Barrier Card for park access. Drop off the Barrier Card at the Warner Farm Touring Reception upon checkout.

Late Arrival: If you expect to arrive after reception hours, please contact the Touring Reception on 01243 604499 before 4pm.

If you think you may arrive after 8pm and need help with locating your Holiday Home please call our Security Team on 01243 605443 who will be delighted to help.

If you think you may arrive after our Touring reception closes and need help with locating your pitch please call our Security Team on 01243 605443 who will be delighted to help.

As long as we have your email address and mobile number, we will still be able to email and text you details of your visit.

This information will be provided to you prior to your arrival.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted outside the Warner Farm Touring Park barrier and issued a Barrier Card for park access. Please return the Barrier Card to the Warner Farm Touring Reception upon checkout.

Contact Warner Farm Touring Reception by calling 01243 604499 or visiting the reception during office hours. Outside office hours, contact Security.

Commercial Vehicles and Vans are NOT accepted in the Park and will be refused entry.
