One of the most popular ways to purchase your holiday home. Spread the cost across a fixed period so you pay the same each month until your final payment which buys your holiday home outright. Letting Your Holiday Home

For some owners, letting their holiday home can be a great way to help offset some of the costs of ownership while still enjoying everything Seal Bay has to offer.

Owners can choose to let privately, work with a specialist letting agent, or explore Seal Bay’s in-house letting options. Our Freedom Plan offers flexibility around when you let, while our Income Guaranteed Plan provides the reassurance of a fixed annual income.

Holiday Home Ownership FAQs

Static caravans and mobile homes are common terms used to describe places to stay at a holiday park in England. We refer to these as holiday homes, reflecting on the quality, design and the overall experience our Owners receive at Seal Bay Resort. Our holiday homes go beyond the traditional expectations with modern features, spacious interiors and a focus on year round comfort.

Seal Bay has over 60 years of experience and a 5 star rating from VisitEngland. We reinvest in our parks, we look after our Owners, and we keep raising the bar. Independent inspectors have confirmed the quality of our facilities, cleanliness and service.

As an Owner, you get free access to:

Your holiday home may remain on the park indefinitely, subject to it being maintained to the required standard and complying with Seal Bay Resort’s requirements.

Starter models begin from around £17,995 (exclusive of site fees) or £21,995 (inclusive of one year’s site fees). Luxury homes start from around £149,995. Finance options are available.

Insurance varies by provider and depends on factors like the size of your home.

At Seal Bay, delivery, siting and connection on your chosen plot are included in the purchase price.

Running costs cover local authority rates and water (around £558.26), gas and electric (based on usage) and site fees. Site fees vary by location and start from £6,918. We’ll walk you through exact costs once you’ve chosen your area. There are no hidden charges, and some starter homes have pitches with no site fees for the first season.

Yes. Subletting can help offset annual running costs. Our team can show you potential income illustrations and explain how it works.

Of course. We offer private tours midweek and weekends. You can explore the park and ask anything you need. Call 01243 607776 or request an appointment online.

Yes. We’ll help you find the right spot across our six areas, from lively central locations to quieter natural settings. All Owners enjoy full access to Seal Bay facilities.

Yes. We have accessible options and can talk you through what’s available.

Yes. Many Owners travel by bus or train. There’s a direct bus from Chichester train station to the park, and the free park bus helps you get around on arrival.

Yes. Owners receive 8 adult Loyalty Discount Cards, 10 child cards (age 5 to 17) and unlimited access for under 5s. These give free entry to park facilities each season.

Yes. We welcome dogs and have some of West Sussex’s best walks on our doorstep. Please keep dogs on leads around the park. We do not allow other animals in the park.

We operate a 10 month season from 1 March to early January. Owners can visit during the closed period but cannot stay overnight.
