Owners - Refer a friend

This offer is for current Cove UK Owners and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Owners will receive a £1,000 credit to their Owner account for referring a friend to ownership at their park, and your friend will receive a £1,000 discount on the purchase of their holiday home.

Please allow up to 28 days after the completion of the referral sale before funds can be credited to the Owner account. Owners cannot refer themselves or their spouse/partner. This offer is only applicable if your friend/family member supplies the owner’s details when they make their initial enquiry. This offer is valid until November 30th, 2025.

Site fees are included with selected holiday homes at all Cove UK holiday parks. Holiday homes included in this offer will have this stated on the individual holiday home listings and are subject to size, availability and pitch location. If you qualify, the 2025 site fee balance will be listed on your purchase invoice.

Site fees are billed annually, and you’ll receive the invoice for the upcoming year in September 2025, with the first payment due for Seal Bay and Gwel an Mor by the end of October 2025. Hunters Quay Holiday Village, Drimsynie Holiday Village, Loch Lomond Holiday Park, Loch Awe Holiday Park, Loch Eck Caravan Park, Loch Eck Country Lodges, St Catherines Caravan Park, Stratheck Holiday Park, Springwood & Solway’s first site fee payment will be at the beginning of 2026.

To qualify, deposits must be made within 14 days before or after your visit, with the purchase completed within 4 weeks.
