Here’s how it works:

Each time you use your digital Cove Club Owner Pass when purchasing food & drink, you’ll earn points that build quickly and unlock even greater rewards.

For every £1 you spend, you collect 3 points, helping you rise through our reward levels with ease.

Track all the points you’ve earned in Cove Connect. As your points accumulate, so do your discounts, providing you with more opportunities to enjoy exceptional savings with every visit.

 

Bronze Level

All Cove Club Owner Passes start here, giving you fantastic benefits including:

  • 15% off food & drink
  • 50% off activities and leisure
  • 5% off in NISA

Silver Level

Once you reach 10,000 points, you’ll be automatically upgraded to the next level.

That means your food & drink discount increases to 17.5% off – more enjoyment, more savings.

Gold Level

Reach 20,000 points, and you’ll unlock our top-tier reward:

An impressive 20% off all food & drink purchases.

Thank you for being a valued Cove Owner. The Cove Club Loyalty Scheme (“the Scheme”) is our way of rewarding your loyalty and enhancing your experience with us.

Please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the Scheme.

1. Eligibility

  • The Scheme is open to all registered Cove Holiday Home Owners (“Owners”) who hold a valid and active digital Cove Club Owner Pass.
  • Participation in the Scheme is automatic upon activation of your digital Cove Club Owner Pass.

2. Cove Club Owner Passes

  • Each Cove Club Owner Pass is allocated to a named individual and must not be used by anyone else. For full terms and conditions for Cove Club Owner passes, please refer to https://cove.co.uk/cove-connect-help/

3. How the Scheme Works

  • All digital Cove Club Owner passes start at Bronze Level with access to:
    • 15% off food & drink purchases
    • 50% off on-site activities and leisure
    • 5% off in participating NISA stores
  • Spend thresholds are reviewed annually, based on the total amount spent using your digital pass at participating Cove outlets and services.
  • Upon reaching the following thresholds within a Scheme year (see Section 6), that passholder will be automatically upgraded:
  • Silver Level: Earn 10,000 points – 17.5% off food & drink
  • Gold Level: Earn 20,000 points – 20% off food & drink

3. Qualifying Spend

  • The Cove Club Owner Pass must be presented at the point of purchase to benefit from the Owner discounts, and the holder may be required to provide proof of their identity and ownership.
  • Only purchases made using your registered digital pass at participating Cove-owned venues and outlets contribute to your annual spend.
  • Spend at third-party-operated venues may not qualify unless explicitly stated.
  • Accommodation fees, pitch fees, or any Owner fee-based charges do not contribute towards your loyalty tier spend.

4. Redeeming Discounts

  • Discounts apply at the point of sale when a valid Cove Club Owner Pass is presented.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offers unless specified.
  • Loyalty discounts are non-transferable and for personal use only.

5. Annual Reset

  • All loyalty tiers will reset annually on 7th January, and each renewed pass will begin at the Bronze level.
  • Tier levels and any points earned will reset to zero at the end of each Scheme year.

6. Scheme Year

  • A Scheme Year runs from 1st March to 7th January annually unless otherwise specified.
  • Spend accrued outside of the Scheme Year will not roll over into the following year.

7. Changes to the Scheme

  • Cove reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time with or without notice.
  • Any material changes will be communicated via email, our official website, or Cove Connect.

8. Pass usage or misuse

  • Only the registered pass holder, whose photograph is displayed and stored in Cove Connect, is permitted to present it at the till.
  • Misuse of the pass or scheme benefits may result in suspension or removal from the scheme.
  • Any breach of these terms may result in the immediate suspension or withdrawal of your Cove Club Owner pass(es) and associated benefits. The team have the right to decline use if any breach is suspected, and any fraudulent or criminal activity will be reported to the police and could constitute a serious breach of the licence agreement.

9. Data & Privacy

  • Personal data collected through the scheme will be handled in accordance with Cove’s Privacy Policy, available at https://cove.co.uk/.
