We’re looking forward to welcoming you on holiday. To make sure you have the best start to your break with us we’ve changed a lot of our welcome and check-in process to make it smoother and quicker so that you can start your holiday from the moment you arrive.

Please take time to look at what the arrival process is below and the extra safe and secure measures we are taking to ensure you have a great time.

Check-in is from 4pm for our holiday guests.

Please do not check in early.

You are more than welcome to arrive at the park before your check-in time but you will NOT BE ABLE to enter your HOLIDAY HOME before your check-in time as shown on your confirmation.

What if I don’t have email?

If you think you may arrive after 8pm and need help with locating your Holiday Home please call our Security Team on 01369 707772 who will be delighted to help.

As long as we have your email address and mobile number, we will still be able to email and text you details of your visit.

Hunters Quay can offer guests ferry tickets, which cost £40 and cover a car with up to 5 passengers for a return journey.  To book simply call Reception on 01769 707 772.
