Our residential parks are designed for over 45s and over 55s who want a safe, friendly and low-maintenance place to call home. You can live in your residential home as your main address, 12 months of the year.

Our holiday homes at Seal Bay Resort in Selsey, West Sussex, are perfect if you want a base for regular breaks, long weekends and extended holidays throughout the year.
Holiday homes are for leisure use only and cannot be used as your only or main residence.

Holiday homes and residential homes sit under different planning and licensing rules, so one cannot simply be “converted” into the other.
If you decide later that you want to live on-park full-time, you would need to purchase a residential home on one of our residential parks, such as Sandy Oaks for over 45s or another residential park for over 55s.
