Planning a holiday should feel straightforward. These FAQs cover the things guests ask us most, from what’s included in your accommodation to getting around the resort and making the most of your stay.

If you are booking directly with Seal Bay Resort, everything here applies to your holiday.

All caravans are Wi-Fi enabled. Charges may apply depending on your stay and usage. Our Platinum Caravans, Lodges and Houses all include complimentary Wi-Fi.

You can request a preferred area when booking, and we will add a note to your reservation. Requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

We also offer Choose Your Area for an additional charge, with prices varying by location and travel dates.

Yes. If you book directly with Seal Bay Resort, entertainment and swimming passes are included as part of your stay.

Check-in is from 4pm.
If availability allows, early check-in from 1pm is available for an additional £20.

You are welcome to use the resort facilities before checking in. Simply collect your passes and enjoy the park.

Yes, luggage can be stored at reception at your own risk.

Yes. Our courtesy bus runs from 9:30am and travels around the resort approximately every 30 minutes.
You can track the bus live using our bus tracker. The bus is wheelchair accessible.

Parking is not allocated to specific units. You may park nearby where available, but parking on the grass is not permitted.

Yes. The beach is directly accessible via our Waterfront Quays complex.

All our self-catering accommodations include an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery, and glassware.

Yes. If you book directly with Seal Bay Resort, bed linen is provided.

A second toilet is only guaranteed in our Platinum Caravans.

Irons are provided in our holiday houses only.

No. All accommodation at Seal Bay Resort is non-smoking.

Disposable BBQs and fire pits are not permitted anywhere on the resort.
Freestanding BBQs are allowed if used responsibly.
BBQs of any kind are not allowed on the beach.

Yes. You can order takeaway from Box Fish and Papa John’s via Cove Eats.

Table bookings are not available. All venues operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes. Green Lawns and Hollyhocks are ideal if you are looking for a more peaceful part of the resort, away from the main entertainment areas.
You can choose your preferred location when booking using our Choose Your Area option.

EV charging is available when staying in our Luxury Lodges.

Yes. Day visitors are welcome.
If your guests would like to use Oasis Bay Leisure Complex, Day Visitor passes are available. More information can be found on our Day Visitors page.

If you experience any issues during your stay, please report them to reception or use the contact details provided in your welcome information. Our on-site teams will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We provide a small welcome pack to get you through your first night. We recommend bringing your own cleaning products and toiletries for the rest of your stay.
Both on-site NISA Local stores stock everyday essentials, and there are supermarkets nearby.

Check-out is by 10am.
If availability allows, late check-out until 12pm is available for an additional £20.

Yes. Your passes remain valid until 4pm on the day of departure.
