Please note - If your holiday home is still connected to the black mains water poly pipe after the 4th January 2024, the park will disconnect your holiday home to ensure the safety of the local water pipes, but not winterise. If you then wish us to reconnect you, there will be a reconnection charge of £24.

Please note, if there’s a frost before your Winterisation, any damage should be covered by your insurance, if you’re able to prove you already booked the service. If any frost damage is incurred after your reconnection date you will liable for the cost of repair. Please see Winterisation Guide for full terms and conditions.
