Cove Lettings Application

Under the Income Guarantee Plan, you’ll need to make 18 peak and 29 off-peak breaks available for letting, from the calendar provided. This still leaves 6 peak and 30 off-peak breaks for you to enjoy.

If you've chosen The Freedom Plan, you can let for as much or as little as you like. Remember, the highest holiday tariffs are taken during peak dates, so the more of those you let the higher your earnings will be. The peak breaks are shown in gold below.

Cove Repair Plan covers damage or loss that may happen when your holiday home is occupied by guests who have booked through Cove. The plan covers the following; internal fixtures and fittings, internal decorations, mattresses, electrical items, soft furnishings and floor coverings. Exclusions and terms and conditions apply.

If you sign up before 16th December 2025 and don’t currently have LPIS pay-as-you-go Wi-Fi installed, we will install it free of charge. If you sign up after this time a charge of £199 will be invoiced onto your Owner’s account.

I understand having this is a condition of Cove Letting.

• I agree that any works deemed necessary to ensure that my holiday home is maintained to the agreed health and safety standards may be carried out by the park team on my behalf.
• I understand that my holiday home will undergo the final pre-let inspection up to 7 days before letting commences. I will ensure the holiday home is clean and with only the standard inventory items present.
• All requested works will have been completed by this time and the complete inventory will be present. If the work has not been completed, Cove UK will complete the work and I will be charged accordingly.
• Any CCTV present in my holiday home will be disabled and removed for the entire lettings season.
• This application will be accepted in good faith and on condition that the particulars given are correct and do not in any way contravene the provision of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 and other relevant consumer protection legislation. Any subsequent changes to these details MUST immediately be notified to us since this information forms the basis of our publicity on your holiday home.
