Here’s how to get started:

1.

Visit Cove Connect and create an account.

Register now

2.

You will then receive an email to activate your account. Once you have activated your Cove Connect account, you will be able to create your pass/es.

3.

Go to ‘Your passes’ in the dropdown menu.

4.

Complete the details to create your Cove Club Owner Pass. You can also create passes for friends and family, or send them an invitation to do so.

5.

Once your pass has been created, add it to your Apple or Google wallet on your phone.

Owner Discount on Cove Eats

To enjoy your exclusive 15% Food & Drink discount on the Cove Eats app, you need to register and link your Cove Club Owner Pass. It’s quick and easy. Just follow the steps below. If you get stuck, just speak to the Owners Reception or F&B team and they’ll be happy to help.

What is Cove Connect?

Cove Connect is our new customer portal, launched in Spring 2025. In time, this will be your go-to place for all things Cove! Whether you’re a Cove Club Owner, a holiday guest or visiting just for the day, it will bring you the latest news from your park, the ability to manage your Cove Passes and access relevant special offers or discounts, as well as keep you updated with information on events, entertainment and activities.

It’s a web portal, which means you can access it anytime from any web browser, and it doesn’t need to be installed. It’s easy to bookmark so once you’re registered you can easily access it from your web browser – from your mobile phone, tablet or computer.

There are a number of benefits to launching Cove Connect. First and foremost we want to give all customers a better way of managing their Cove Passes – we know we let you down previously so it’s important we get this right for you. By ‘going digital’ we will eliminate the need for card passes, which is a huge waste and also open to misuse. It’ll improve the experience on-park too and means we can (eventually) keep everything you need to know in one place!

You can register a new account using just an email address. You’ll be asked to create a password, and once your details are validated, you’re ready to go! For Cove Club Owners, you must use the email address registered to your Owner’s account to ensure you benefit from your exclusive offers, events and discounts.

It’s hard to get through life nowadays without an email address, isn’t it?! We’re here to help, so if you want, we can help you set up a new email address and add this to our system so your Owner details are all updated. You can then use this email to set up an account on Cove Connect and access the benefits it brings.

If you don’t have an Apple or Android mobile phone, where you can download your passes to your Google or Apple Wallet, you can download a PDF version and print this at home before arriving on-park. We will no longer be supplying plastic cards.

Cove Connect will allow you to create passes for your family without an email address. You can save all your family passes to your Apple or Google Wallet. You can also print a PDF version in advance of your stay for children to use on park.

The Cove Connect app will enable you to create and download Cove Club Owner Passes for your friends and family. You can manage these passes on their behalf or invite them to create and download their own. You will see your season’s allocation on Cove Connect, once this is used, you, friends or family can purchase additional passes as required – these are called Cove Guest Passes. Guest Passes are only available at Seal Bay.

You can use Cove Connect to purchase Cove Guest Passes for friends and family visiting for a short break or if you sublet your holiday home and want to create passes for those guests to use. Again, you can invite guests to purchase and manage their own Cove Guest Passes, or you can do this on their behalf.

Google Wallet passes downloaded before July 2025 didn’t show your photo due to a technical limitation, whereas they have always shown on Apple Wallet passes. Please remove and re-add the pass to your Google Wallet to get the photo added.  Whether or not the image is displayed on the pass, our security team can still verify it’s you by scanning the QR code on your pass.

Once you have added a new vehicle registration number to your pass in Cove Connect, we sync this to our barrier control system. This can take up to 4 hours.

At the till: Barcode scanners are fitted next to the card payment terminals. Simply let the team member know you have a Cove Club Owner Pass and scan your pass at the scanner at any point during the transaction. The discount will then be applied before you pay.

On Cove Eats: To receive your 15% Food & Drink discount on Cove Eats, you’ll need to link your Cove Club Owner Pass to your Cove Eats account. We’ve put together a quick step-by-step guide to walk you through the process.

✅ I’ve registered but can’t log in

Once you’ve registered, check your email inbox for a link to verify your account, which you will need to do before being able to login. Use this link to then activate your account on Cove Connect.

Please check your email spam or junk folders, just in case!  If you don’t come across the email in your junk or spam folder, please contact your Owners Services team, who can explore this further for you.

From the login page, click the ‘Forgot password’ button and enter your email address. You will then be sent an email with a link to change your password.

Once logged into Cove Connect, click on the dropdown bar containing your holiday home number and click on ‘Your Passes’ to view your pass and your passholders’ details.

If you have an iPhone, you must use the Safari browser to seamlessly add your pass to your Apple Wallet. Android users may need to download Google Wallet from the App Store if it’s not already installed.

No problem. Simply download the pass as a PDF file. The named passholder can use a printed version of the PDF to access facilities, entertainment venues and any relevant benefits.

Pop in to see your park team and they’ll help set one up for you. They’ll even give you a hand to create and manage your Cove Connect passes.

As you approach the main entrance, please ensure you drive up as close as possible to the barrier for the ANPR system to identify your vehicle registration.

Cove Club Owner Pass Terms and Conditions

As the registered Owner(s) of a holiday home on a Cove UK Park, your Cove Club Owner Passes are subject to these terms and conditions:

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Cove Club Owner Pass allows you to receive the following Owner discounts at your park (if applicable) and all other Cove UK Parks:
     – 15% discount on food and drink in park venues.
     – 50% discount on sports and leisure activities.
     – 5% discount on purchases at Nisa (excluding cigarettes, vapes and lottery tickets if applicable).
  2. A Cove Club Owner Pass is allocated to a named individual and must not be used by anyone else.  The Cove Club Owner Pass must be presented at point of purchase to benefit from the Owner discounts, and the holder may be required to provide proof of their identity and ownership.
  3. The Cove Club Owner Pass also entitles you to discounts on holiday bookings on our parks for you and your friends and family. The discounts are currently 25% for holiday bookings on your park and other Cove UK parks. To book a break using your discount, please speak to the Owner Services team at your park.
  4. Once you have allocated a Cove Club Owner Pass to a named individual for the current season, you will not be able to change that individual in that season unless extenuating circumstances apply. There will be an administration charge, please see your owner services team for information.
  5. The purchase of entertainment and facility passes enables access to the Park’s Showbars and swimming pool areas – passes are not required to access restaurants or arcades. Certain activities and facilities are subject to an additional cost. Access to facilities and activities may be restricted at peak times and without notice. Passes are non-refundable.
  6. The Cove Club Owner Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or vouchers.
  7. The usual rules and policies relating to the park, including in relation to the facilities and paid activities, still always apply.
  8. Any breach of these terms may result in the immediate suspension or withdrawal of your Cove Club Owner Pass(es) and associated benefits. The team have the right to decline use, if any breach is suspected and any fraudulent or criminal activity will be reported to the police and could constitute a serious breach of the licence agreement.
  9. We may change these terms or withdraw some or all the benefits of the Cove Club Owner Pass at any time. Where we do so, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice of such changes or withdrawal.
  10. There is no cash alternative to the benefits made available by the Cove Club Owner Pass.
  11. If your pitch license agreement is terminated for any reason, you will lose the benefits of the Cove Club Owner Pass.
  12. All personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy (which is available at https://cove.co.uk/privacy-cookie-policy/) and any applicable law. Where you provide us with information (including personal data) in relation to Cove Club Owner Passes, including an individual’s name, email address, date of birth and photo, you confirm that you have the consent of the relevant individual to do so.
  13. These terms are governed by English law, and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  14. Any use of ‘we’ or ‘us’ is a reference to the Cove Communities Property Management Limited (company number 01538949) whose registered office is 5 Churchill Place, 10th Floor, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HU.
