Seal Bay Resort sits on the Sussex coast in Selsey, near Chichester, and stretches across several areas of the park. Each one keeps you within easy reach of the beach, facilities and activities, but the surroundings and atmosphere can feel a little different depending on where you stay.
Here’s a simple guide to help you find the setting that suits your holiday.
West Sands
Close to the beach and Waterfront Quays
West Sands places you right on the resort’s beachfront side, close to the Waterfront Quays complex and the shoreline.
It’s one of the liveliest parts of the park, with restaurants, entertainment and the Oasis Bay Leisure Complex all nearby. Inside Oasis Bay you’ll find the indoor leisure pool, slides, lazy river, gym and wellness suite – a favourite spot for families throughout the year.
If your perfect break includes sea air, beach walks and having plenty happening around you, West Sands is a brilliant place to stay.

Entertainment and family facilities
White Horse is another vibrant part of the resort and a favourite for families who like having activities close by.
This area is home to the White Horse Complex and the Lido outdoor pool, complete with a splash pad, cabanas and a big screen that creates a brilliant atmosphere on sunny days.
There’s always something happening nearby, from daytime activities to evening entertainment, while the beach is just a short drive away and easily reached on the resort bus.

Green Lawns
Relaxed and well placed
Green Lawns has an easygoing feel while still keeping you close to popular spots around the resort. It’s home to the Viking Saloon Bar and Papa Johns, along with an outdoor play area, and the resort bus runs through the area to make travelling across Seal Bay simple.
Hollyhocks
A quieter middle ground
Hollyhocks offers a calmer setting while still sitting comfortably between West Sands and White Horse. Wildflower gardens and open green spaces give the area a relaxed feel, while the resort bus runs through the area to help you get around Seal Bay easily.
