One of the best holiday we’ve had! The caravan was gorgeous, spacious, spotless & had everything we needed! The site was INCREDIBLE!!! The entertainment venues, swimming pool, outside areas (sand pits, mini golf splash park), funfair, arcades, soft plays, restaurants, food trucks and anything I’ve missed, were all absolutely amazing! The entertainment team (especially Katie and Charlie & Bobby) were all so unbelievably sweet, friendly and talented! The actual entertainment was amazing too! We had the time of our lives and absolutely cannot wait to return, thank you so very much for having us!!

I'm not even sure where to start. This has honestly been the best caravan/holiday park we've ever been to and we've been to a lot! There is so much to do, too much to fit in! All the staff are so lovely and helpful. The whole place is immaculate, as soon as a mess is created it is cleaned immediately. Constantly seeing staff with cleaning products. Caravan was lovely and spotless. Swimming even when busy was organised brilliantly! Food everywhere has been brilliant and there is so much choice! Entertainment is incredible - especially the pantomime it was one of the best I've seen and free!! Everything is reasonably priced - beer cheaper than our local pub at home. Cannot wait to come back. If you are thinking of booking, do it, you won't regret it!!!

WOW, what a park! George on the climbing wall at the dockyard was amazing with our daughter and really helped her build her confidence with climbing, when she went on to do the bounce nets he also went up and played a game with her once we gave up from being tired (those nets are so fun). Everyone we have spoken to and dealt with have been super friendly! The free bus is such a perk to! There's so much to do here we will 100% be back!

What a lovely holiday park!! We are a family of 4 with a 4 and 9 year old and I can honestly say this is one of the best parks we have been too, lovely facilities with 2 main hubs and lots of activities, few restaurants all with decent food. We stayed in a caravan HH48 which is close by to the park and main facility. Can I also say a big shout out to "Freddie" Frederica in the smugglers restaurant who was super friendly, and even printed off some airplane pictures for my boys to colour in whilst we had drinks. Things like this make you want to return to places when the customer service is their main focus!! Stony beach which is never too busy and close by to the drinks x2 soft plays and huge arcades, decent inside pool and fab outside lido. We will defo book again!! Thanks seal bay, see you next year.

We are just on our last day of an amazing holiday to Seal Bay, Selsey. This is our 2nd year and have already booked for next year. Our little boy (4) absolutely loves it here. There are lots of activities if you want to add experiences but you do not have to spend a lot of money to enjoy the site. The food in the Cafè Lido and Smokeys is reasonably priced, good portion sizes and most of all great tasting. We stayed in a bronze accommodation which is a perfect size for the 3 of us although a basic would have been fine too.

We've stayed here a few times. Perfect for what our young family need. Lots of space. Swimming pools, activities throughout the day, the beach on your doorstep and West Wittering down the road. Lots of food choices. Shout out to Alishitha from Nathan's! We also cook and bring food which helps our fussy one. Entertainment when we have been has been really good and fun. Appreciate the effort all the workers put in. So much I could write. Go & visit, check it out, be realistic on expectations and it'll likely exceed them.

Amazing resort with great facilities and staff. We had the most amazing week away and really couldn’t fault it. Will definitely be coming back soon! It’s a big park that is split over 3 sites but is easy to navigate as there is plenty of signage and a complimentary bus service that runs between them. Would highly recommend this park!

Wow fab place to go with motor home. Absolutely a great place to go, staff friendly helpful nothing too much trouble which is very rare these days. So far we have found this place as one of our favourite places to go in our motor home onsite fee for weekend is so cheap. We have just come back and already rebooked again to go twice next year.

Enjoyed the entertainment and great service in Smokey’s. Has a great time at the embassy and really enjoyed the entertainment. Had drinks in Smokey’s and Jack was brilliant serving us with a smile and great to see good service.

Stayed for three nights in a safari tent for my grandsons birthday treat. It was great value for two adults & two children. We were very impressed with the friendly staff, facilities in the tent & park in general, everywhere was spotlessly clean & there is just so much to do within the park & surrounding area. We will definitely return & highly recommend.

My family & I recently returned from a fantastic 4 night stay at Seal Bay. It was our second visit & we loved it even more than the first time. Our caravan was spacious, spotlessly clean & in a great location on the resort. We enjoyed only some of the wide range of facilities including adventure golf, arcades, Cove cube, family funfair, indoor swimming pool & soft play. Definitely more to explore on our next visit! We ate from Box Fish which was delicious & also had a tasty dinner at Smokey’s BBQ kitchen. The evening entertainment was fun & fabulous. It included lucky ducky bingo (bonkers & brilliant), really impressive cast production shows & LOTS of music & dancing! Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful & seemed to really care that we were having a great time. There were two stand outs for us though, Katie & Charlie. Their warm personalities & enthusiastic energy added that extra bit of magic to our stay. We would 100% recommend Seal Bay & cannot wait to return.

Katie and Bobbie were incredible and really made our holiday so special! Bobbie gave us such special treatment and made my daughter feel like a princess and even managed to get her up on stage! Was the highlight of our holiday! And Katie remembered us from our stay back in March somehow! She welcomed us back so warmly and was so nice to be remembered! Such lovely ladies and amazing at their jobs! The caravan was amazing, spacious and spotless and the venues, entertainment, pool and all the staff were incredible, we can’t wait to visit again!

Our " new " first choice holiday park. Our " gold " home , located in Hollyhocks area , was very good. The beds were made and the kitchen area even had a dishwasher. Everything was clean and tidy. The site itself is massive . A free on-site bus is available to transport you to various locations within the site , if needed. The facilities exceeded all expectations. The swimming pools , entertainment venues , restaurants are all of a grand scale. All of the staff that we met were professional , helpful and smiley. Seal Bay will now be out first choice location when looking for our next break.
