Win your Pitch Fees 2023 : Prize Draw Terms and conditions

Prize draw to win Pitch Fees for 2023 at Argyll Parks.
Terms and conditions of the prize draw to win Pitch Fees for those who have signed up to one of the payment plans. The prize draw is open to Owners aged 18 and over.

1) Employees of Cove UK and its Argyll Parks, or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.

2) Those who have signed up to one of the payment plans shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and are eligible to win.

3) We will identify you from your email address.

4) One entry per person.

5) The closing date for the Prize Draw will be 31st August, 2023 – this takes into account those Owners who are on the six monthly instalment plan.

6) The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

7) The winner will receive an email confirming all the details in relation to redeeming the Pitch Fees at Argyll. No change will be given.

8) The winner will be notified by email within a month after the prize draw is held.

9) If a winner does not respond to Argyll within 14 days of being notified by Argyll, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Argyll shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).

10) If a winner rejects the prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Argyll shall be entitled to select another winner.

11) The prize will be sent to the winner by Argyll by email only.

12) The name of the winner can be obtained after 1st October, 2023 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Win Pitch Fees 2023 Info, Argyll, Drimsynie Estate Office, Lochgoilhead, Argyll, PA24 8AD

13) The Winner will receive the prize as a credit to their Account. The prize is non exchangeable, non transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

14) Cove UK shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to as described in our privacy policy, a copy of which can be found online at argyllholidayparks.co.uk and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.

15) Cove UK accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.

16) Cove UK further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.

17) Cove UK reserves the right any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.

18) The decision of Cove UK in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

19) The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
