We want every guest to feel welcome, comfortable and supported during their stay at Seal Bay Resort. Here’s how we make getting around – and getting help if you need it – as straightforward as possible.
Reception opens directly from the car park via level paving, with accessible parking bays located right outside. Wide bays (around 4m) and rear-access space make it easier for wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility.
Tarmac roads run throughout the park, with regular speed ramps spaced at roughly 50m intervals. Each ramp includes a level gap so wheelchairs, pushchairs and luggage can move safely and easily around the resort.
Some of our team members are trained in disability and deaf awareness. Public telephones and good mobile coverage are also available across the park, should you need to contact family, friends or emergency services.
